01 General Terms & Introduction
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between 555 Bets ("we", "us", "the Site") and you ("user", "member"). By accessing or using the 555 Bets website or any related services, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
555 Bets is an online betting and gaming platform operating under an international license. We offer Sports Betting, Live Casino, Lottery, and other gaming services.

Our Terms & Conditions have been written in Bengali so all users in Bangladesh can easily understand them. However, the English version shall prevail for legal interpretation purposes.
02 Account Registration & Eligibility
To open an account with 555 Bets, you must meet the conditions below. By registering, you confirm that all information provided is true and accurate.
- You must be at least 18 years old — no exceptions
- You must be a resident of Bangladesh or any other approved country
- A valid and active mobile number and email address are required
- Each individual may register only one account
- The name, address, and date of birth provided at registration must be completely accurate
- A national ID card or passport may be required for KYC verification.
Any account created with false information may be closed at any time and the balance forfeited. If duplicate accounts are detected, both accounts will be suspended.
Withdrawals may be limited until account verification is complete. Verification is typically completed within 24 to 48 hours.
03 Betting Rules
Please read the following rules carefully before placing a bet on 555 Bets. These Terms & Conditions apply to all betting markets.
- Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled
- Bets cannot be placed after an event has started (except for Live Betting)
- We reserve the right to void any bets placed at incorrect odds due to a system error
- If a match is cancelled or postponed, bets will be refunded in accordance with the applicable rules.
- Maximum bet limits vary by market — bets cannot be placed beyond the limits shown on the platform
- Syndicate betting and arbitrage betting are strictly prohibited.
Live Betting: Odds in live betting change in real time. Bets will be confirmed at the odds displayed at the time of placement. 555 Bets is not responsible for any odds changes resulting from network delays.
If a match is cancelled or abandoned, bets are generally voided and stakes are refunded. However, specific match rules may result in a different outcome.
04 Deposit & Withdrawal Terms
All financial transactions on 555 Bets are fully secure and fast. We support the most popular payment methods in Bangladesh.
- Min Deposit: ৳50 | Max Deposit: ৳5,00,000 (per day)
- Min Withdrawal: ৳200 | Max Withdrawal: ৳2,00,000 (per day)
- Deposits are usually instant — if delayed, please contact support
- Withdrawal requests are processed within 30 minutes
- Withdrawals can only be made using the same payment method used for the deposit
- Withdrawals may be held until KYC verification is complete
- Suspicious transactions may require additional verification
Withdrawing bonus balance requires meeting the applicable wagering requirements. The bonus portion cannot be withdrawn until wagering is complete.
555 Bets does not charge any deposit or withdrawal fees. However, your payment provider (Mobile Pay, Nagad, etc.) may apply their own charges.
05 Bonus & Promotion Terms
555 Bets offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer has its own terms, which are detailed on the relevant promotion page.
- The welcome bonus is available to new members one time only
- A deposit must be made within the specified timeframe to claim the bonus
- Wagering requirements for each bonus may range from 1x to 30x
- The maximum bet amount placed with bonus funds may be subject to a set limit
- Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed simultaneously unless explicitly permitted
- Violating bonus terms will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings
Free Bet: Winnings from free bets are withdrawable as net profit only (excluding the stake). Free bets are generally valid for 7 days.

06 Responsible Gaming Policy

- Each account can set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits
- Self-exclusion: option to suspend your account for 30 days, 6 months, or permanently

08 Account Suspension & Closure
555 Bets reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

- Operating two or more accounts
- Bonus policy violations or bonus abuse
- Suspicious or fraudulent transactions
- Attempting to compromise the security of the platform
- Misconduct or harassment towards other users
If fraud is confirmed, the account balance may be forfeited and legal action taken where necessary.

09 Limitation of Liability
555 Bets is not liable for the following:
- If a betting session is interrupted due to loss of internet connection
- Transaction delays caused by third-party payment providers
- Service interruptions due to unexpected technical issues
- If account credentials are compromised due to the user's own negligence
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, cyberattacks, etc.)

10 Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises between you and 555 Bets, we always prefer to resolve it through open discussion.
- First, submit a detailed complaint to our customer support team
- An initial response will be provided within 72 hours of receiving your complaint
- Complex cases will be resolved within a maximum of 14 business days
- If unresolved, the matter will be referred to neutral mediation
Betting Disputes: In the event of a dispute over results, the official result shall be considered final. Claims based on live scores or unofficial sources will not be accepted.
11 Applicable Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws governing internationally licensed gaming operations. Any legal disputes will be subject to the rules of the relevant licensing authority.
Where a conflict arises with applicable laws and regulations in Bangladesh, local law will take precedence. Users are solely responsible for complying with the laws of their own country.
